A few weeks ago, we held Teamscape 2026, our annual outbound training program, with a fresh theme that challenged our teams in new ways.
Set against the beautiful backdrop of Bentota Beach, the program featured a variety of fun and demanding activities on both land and water. These challenges encouraged our team members to think creatively, step beyond their comfort zones, collaborate effectively, and develop the resilience and teamwork needed to solve complex challenges for our clients.
At CMS, we believe that great teams are built through shared experiences, continuous learning, and a willingness to embrace new challenges.
